2010 Range Rover Sport
The Range Rover Sport, to nearly 3 years after its debut, updated to the model year 2010 in order to face the fierce market segment of luxury SUV and sporty, awakened by the arrival of the BMW X6. In a market with approximately 32,000 units sold each year, the Range Rover Sport 2010 has the aim to confirm and improve a market share which stood sull’11%, always relying on the supply of three engines, two completely new to the model. Diesel 3.0 TDV6 arrived simultaneously on 4 Discovery and Range Rover, replaces the previous 2.7 TDV6, while at the top of the range 5.0 Supercharged V8 replaces the 4.2-liter. The TDV8 3.6-liter remains available. The rest of the updates, mostly common to those of Range Rover, are the improvement of the dynamic behavior and the addition of aids to driving.
Land Rover Range Rover Sport: incoming 3.0 TDV6 engine 211 hp
The range of Land Rover Range Rover Sport will widen downwards with the introduction of the engine 3.0 TDV6 weakened to 211 hp. The SUV will be offered with English new engine base S, and in that special called Autobiography. As for performance, the Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 from 211 hp and 520 Nm of torque will reach 193 km / h top speed and will start from 0 to 100 in 10.3 seconds.
